Stay away from this company!
Slow, rude, unprofessional.
After making you sign and convincing you to buy a legal expenses insurance they just make you feel unwelcomed and leave you powerless, disrespected and humiliated.
It is since October 2015 that I'm waiting for a positive outcome of my claim, after a traumatic injury caused by a negligent beautician who literally ripped off my upper lip skin leaving me with a horrible mark on my face for months. 
What I got back it's just a rude, inexperienced and unprofessional allocated solicitor and a careless head of department.
