Tried to instruct them at their Derby branch, it almost seemed like they didn't want the work of a case that was relatively simple to win. VHS Fletchers are a far better option who offer a bespoke service.

They didn't tell me my solicitor had one on maternity leave and so I had no idea how my case was being handled on the lead up to a second interview. However my initial lawyer was very helpful after the investigation had started.
