Recommended to this firm by a friend in the legal profession for my new will. My experience was first class.  Very empathetic to my personal circumstances and were able to ally some concerns I had.
Everything was done within both time and costs quoted.

I even managed to get to an appointment an hour early and they still were happy to see me straightaway rather than sending me away.

Hopkins were recommended by a friend, which I think is the best advert for business. Both Lynnette and Andrew clearly explained everything I needed to know. They were very easy to contact by phone and e-mail and would always call back when unavailable.

Will James has recently acted on instruction to sell my house. He gave a competitive quote, and despite a few deviations on the plot (sales falling through etc.) he stuck to his original figure. When my purchase fell through (twice!) he charged for the additional work at a fair and reasonable rate. He is a busy man, but when it really matters, is responsive and understands exactly when to give the process a timely push, and he's brought us safely over the finish line. Both Will and Gillian are highly personable and professional, I would recommend them to anyone in need of conveyancing services.

I contacted the firm to help with a situation to do with my children. I needed legal advice and representation in court. I was told that a solicitor would contact me to discuss my case. This didn't happen,  I called the office only to be told that they would be in touch, again, nothing. I then emailed,  I was informed the original solicitor was leaving the firm ans someone else would be in touch. By this time I have been given my court date and informed them of this. I am now the day before my court day and still haven't heard anything from the firm. Thankfully I have managed to find advice online, although I won't have legal representation in court. I would not recommend this firm to anyone.

EDIT After emailing the firm to state that I was unhappy with their service. I have now been in contact with Rebecca is helping me now.
