Went for a briefing through Unite the Union. Was very good and the solicitors that gave advice on various subjects all knew there profession very well and cared about the issues they dealt with.

Shame there isn't a zero star on here. Had to constantly chase for information on two separate claims over the years with one still ongoing (17 months and I've now been informed it might not be worth carrying on even though I've been injured at work due to management negligence) and had to give the same details THREE times of the same claim. Extraordinary unprofessional and lazy. Beware!

These took and advised on my case...advised me to go to court. 18 months later dropped case as said would not succeed. Had to chase for information all of the time. Terrible ...would never recommend or use again!

I called a week a week ago regarding a personal injury, big confusion on who's dealing with my case, several calls later, still not heard from the Branch solicitors, I dealt with the group before, had a good experience then but really this time seems to be the opposite . To date nothing happened.
