Really nice food. Bit of a mix up on one of the orders but was resolved really quickly and with no fuss. Our waiter was lovely. There was a big party in there for a child's birthday so they were very busy but the service didn't suffer. We had all eaten with desserts in an hour and half (only took this long due to us not deciding very quickly) cannot complain.

Just popped for a quick bite to eat at Jarman Park, lots of places to choose from but Frankie and Benny's won everyones vote, the meal was good and was even better as it was a in a meal deal and inexpensive.

Went in for Monday lunch, maximum 10 tables being waited on. Told we will have to wait 30 minutes for a table. Once finally seated our starter came out wrong and then under cooked. Our mains were waiting on the pass for 10 minutes before I went up myself to get the food as the only waitress working was not anywhere in sight and the girl behind the bar was moving no faster than a garden snail 🐌. A manager was sat at a table throughout and did nothing about the food or the staff, just sat there eating her own food then left. This place needs serious work from the management down. All customers were looking at each other laughing at how appalling the service was, everyone was asking for discount (rightly so). No urgency from any staff, people waiting for up to 20 minutes just to pay.?

What hapoened to F&B's? Havent been there for a few months... the menu has changed less choice, place wasnt very clean, plenty of empty tables which is rare, food was below average. Staff still very pleasant. Had to leave and go elsewhere. Shame used to be very nice.
