I am absolutely fuming and disgusted by how useless, blind and thick the employees are in this place. They can not read a single order properly and they just want to rush out the food. My fiancée and I ordered off the uber eats app, we ordered a milk and a variety of sauces none of which arrived. They replaced the milk with a fruit shoot and never sent the sauces. This is disgraceful and so unprofessional I would not recommend ordering from here ever again and the staff have to be trained on how to do their job because this is shocking service. We didn’t even get a phone call or anything to apologise or even explain what had happened or the mistakes they made. They should be completely shut down and I mean ASAP because they will loose all their customers and they will deserve it.

I placed an order through the Mac Donald’s app. They got one item of my order wrong. Instead of Mac muffin egg and cheese, that I asked for one extra egg and one extra cheese, they brought Mac muffin with egg and bacon, and no cheese!! I tried to inform the app, but there is no place to easily do so. And the virtual assistant was useless. Didn’t let me upload my photo. And and the end said the same thing that you can read on the apps note, which is respond to text that they sent you while waiting for you order! That text was coming through a driver’s phone I believe, but even that didn’t work. Called them and the store said as they don’t have any drivers and it’s only Uber drivers, they can’t do anything. This was the second time that I lost my money over this. The first time I let it go.

I visited to MC Donald’s last night after watching a film with my sister and partner. My sister wanted 6 nuggets and my partner and I hadn’t decided what we wanted to do we decided to wait to order and allow my sister to order.nnWe used the drive through as the app was down for all restaurants in and around Hemel Hempstead. We ordered the 6 nuggets and treated very well at the point of order and paying. When we collected the nuggets the server asked for sauce options which my sister requested sweet and sour. The server gave 1 sauce and my sister requested another. The server then refused and said no she can only have 1 which I thought originally was a joke. I said can we have the sauce which he again refused and repeated you only ordered 6 nuggets so you only need 1. I offered to pay which he said ‘yeah that’s 20 pence. I said yes but I need a car machine to which he said no. He then told me if you want sauce I can get out the car and go inside or go back round to order the sauce and pay. When I said that ridiculous and I won’t move on because it’s not fair. He shouted to someone to ‘call the police’ I have not felt so embarrassed. I am disabled so getting out of the car is not an option. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. I left feeling like I had just encountered a bully.

I don't usually go to McDonalds but I stopped at this McDonalds on my way home early this morning from a night shift as I hadn't eaten anything and was starving, hoping to get some freshly made hot food. Instead, I got a cheese burger that was just ok, certainly not just made but the French fries I ordered were so old they had almost turned back to potato. Cold and stiff they were, horrible. The Asian guy at the drive through window, probably just picked the first Medium French fries I ordered small fries and chucked them in the bag. The young man who took my money at the first window however was very pleasant and professional at his job.

Typical McDonalds, plenty of parking etc. Be warned the drive through has not been opened on a number of occasions due to supposed system update. Did query this with one of the managers as i was told to wait in the parking lot for the update to be done but the car in the next lane went ahead and collected their order. Was told it’s none of my business and that i need to move on otherwise they will be calling the police! Left us in shock & we decided to go elsewhere as this was the manager threatening us & went from 0 to 100 on a power trip.
