We came to Matlock for a wedding. Martin was our driver for most of the week. He was kind and accommodating. He drove us to Chatsworth one day and came back that afternoon to get us. We were happy he was our first ride in Matlock and the last to drop us at the train. Thank you Martin!
Very impressed. 2 trips, both drivers were extremely friendly and due to the busy area of Matlock with the bridge chaos got us there in quick time! Make the extra effort and I highly recommend this taxi company.
Recently had a weekend in Matlock staying at the Premier Inn we ordered a taxi for Saturday evening we thought the service from the driver and his time keeping was excellent.

Very nearly had one of your drivers run into the side of our car! If my Husband hadn't performed an emergency stop we would have collided! The driver then preceded to follow us very closely going down a hill. Very poor behaviour for a taxi driver!
Pre booked for late Friday night in rural location - turned up on the dot in comfortable clean car. Polite driver. Good value. Couldn't fault the service. Thanks very much.
Picked us up 20 minutes late with no warning. Then sat at a crossroads debating the quickest route home for three minutes. After asking for a discount because of the wait, he was extremely rude and argumentative. I understand and made it clear that we know he wasn't solely responsible but the lack of an apology was shocking in my opinion.
Would put 0 stars if possible. Absolutely awful service, do not use, we were threatened when we tried to pay with a slightly ripped £20 note, he refused to accept the note and we said "there's no problem with the note and it's perfectly acceptable" and he said quote "you're ****ing with the wrong person mate". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
