Absolutely appalling, Ordered a taxi told was 15 mins.. Nearly an hour late, In the cold and wet with a new born. When contacted office back up they weren't aware of my booking.. JOKE. Service past few months has been disgusting !!

LATE!! Pre booked early afternoon to make sure we had a taxi on time. 25 mins late. No apology joke!! Use National cars instead.

Used this company twice recently. On both occassions the drivers were rude. Complained we kept them waiting. Unfortunately we had no control over baggage control at the airport !!

I am astonished at the number of poor reviews given to Chads Cars. I have been using them regularly for at least ten years and have invariably found them to be utterly reliable, perfectly polite, and reasonably priced. Perhaps we satisfied customers should publicize our satisfaction more often. Frank Case
