I used the app to book a taxi which was fine, but the driver said id have to pay by cash even though I'd set my card up. They then took money off my card too. I rang to ask why and nobody has got back to be. Seems to be a scam to get you to pay double.

We've been using Chadd cars for a number of years now and always had a good experience. They turn up when there booked. Tonight was the best though, I phoned to book the taxi to prince at Spondon as always and the gentleman asked me if I want to book the return journey at the time we always do😀 Do you know it made me feel like I was a special customer. Just that little touch was perfect . We've never had a problem with this company in 9 years and hope to continue for the next however many. I never write reviews but decided this one time it needs to be gone. Well done Chadd Cars and all the drivers

Suprised at some of the other reviews. Always found them to be very efficient, always on time with resonable rates. Would always recommend.
