Interesting to see through local mail that their old branch manager Nick (who lied to me saying he had shown people around the house when CCTV clearly shown he hadnt) has lived to another estate agent, hopefully theyll be more honest now hes gone

Would never touch them again

If there was a minus star, I would choose that. They are constantly on the phone to me leaving messages etc. I have asked them to stop ringing me, complained to head office, and blocked their calls. And still it goes on. Disgraceful and definitely would not use for any purchase/sell/let ever.

Fox and Sons have been an absolute disgrace. 

We had to constantly chase them to get updates on an offer we had put in on a house only to be told the house suddenly had a rival offer and we were asked to make our highest and final bid. 

After doing so we were told the 'other offer' was higher and were pressured to bid more. We were assured by Fox & Sons we'd be called the following day to be told the vendors decision either way. 

A week later and no phone call and we have also found out there was actually no other offer on the property at all! 

If we could give less stars we would. Fully recommend Jacobs Steel in Shoreham who have been fantastic.

Would not recommend this estate agent at all. Very unreliable and never returned calls when they said they would. Seems very untrustworthy having been told to give my highest and final offer for a decision to be made the following day as two offers on the table.  A week later I had still not heard anything and the house still on the market and no response to my offer. Would stay clear and go for a less stressful estate agent if looking to buy or sell a property.

I have used Fox and Sons since 1969 and have always been happy with them.  Recently, they helped me sell and buy in what turned out to be a long transaction and they went the extra mile to bring in a successful conclusion.  I remain very grateful to Dominic, Brendon, Lily and Heb and have no hesitations in recommending them.
