Good pub, big open rooms throughout. There is a couple of pool tables, dartboard etc. The staff are friendly and give good service. Numerous Tv's for sports. Friday night is karaoke night which gets a few locals up singing. Beer is about average price and decent quality. Food is good from what I've been told, not tried it myself as it is a recent thing.
Booked a joint 21st here that was family oriented and told us twenty minutes before the party that children had leave a at 8 o clock. Didn’t ring or inform us beforehand. Paid for balloons and they were the wrong colour scheme. They had four bar staff on one of which was a customer. Two of the four were intoxicated whilst serving. They ran out of alcohol 20 minutes into the party and was told when booking that last orders was at 12:30 and they kicked everyone off the premise at half eleven, Would not recommended booking a party here the staff are rude and don’t make any effort at all!!!!!

Looks great after the extension and refit a few year back. Nice and clean. Good range of beer and has sky sports on. No entertainment music wise apart from Christmas and new year. Nice outside seating area and kids play area. Used to have food on all day but stopped it and the cheap prices have created up and up to be same as other pubs in the area and the customers have drifted away. Better local pubs in the area and will probably struggle when the new generous gorge opens in Nov 2017
Price of the drinks are very good, with a quality pool and snooker table inside.
Great pub lovely staff definitely recommend Evan as a great staff member very kind and friendly
Good deals on meals, but they stop serving food at 2pm. Take your own ketchup as theirs is rank. Don't think they have free Wifi. The beer wasn't overpriced and has a few outdoor benches and kids play area outside which with a bit of work could be made much nicer. The music was really random from pop to motown and not really loud enogh to hear just not loud enough to not be annoying.
Found this pub purely by chance after an away match at Hillsborough. Very friendly locals, good selection of drinks and a nice beer garden
Friendly pub friendly staff, fair prices on beers and lager. Where all wednesday arnt we lol
