Lovely experience. I had to find somewhere to chill for an hour before work as my client was running late and I wanted to eat a spot of dinner too. It was the end of the day and the cafe didn’t have much salad left, but the owner still managed to prepare me a lovely meal. I had an organic mushroom & onion quiche and some salad on the side, it was delicious. Also my client ran even later than expected and the owner let me stay and relax in the cafe even though it was past closing time. Highly recommend.
Ignored the nearby chain cafés to try this independent and so glad we did. Terrific food including the best vegan sausage roll I’ve ever had tasted just like a perfectly spiced meat sausage. SO had the broccoli and cheese quiche which was so good it disappeared before I could photograph it. The drink was a new experience; avocado, spinach, banana, pineapple and oat milk. Looked weird, tasted wonderful; bit like a slushy ice cream with a light fruity flavour. The equally odd looking cannoli was sweet and crunchy without being too chewy. The deliberately higgledy piggledy decor gave the place a pleasant, homely atmosphere. Comfy chairs too. We saw a constant stream of regulars coming in for their ‘usual’ which was quite a recommendation. Pity it’s so far out of the centre.
5 stars to Stephanie I trust I wrote her name correctly Very patient, polite and with great skills for customer service. She handled with great calm the high volume of demanding clients when I was in. I didn't mind waiting to be served as you rarely find people who do their job with such dedication as she does. I trust her employer will reward her accordingly.
Nice rustic organic cafe, great coffee, great juices & smithies at a decent price and friendly staff. Try the green goddess and feel the vitality spread throughout your body :Food: 5/5
I come here every Tuesday and I used to think the world of this place n staff. However today, I had the weirdest experience. I said hello when arriving and asked the lady behind the counter "how she was doing, like I always do. She said, what can I get you? A latte maybe, I replied whilst looking at the menu and asked her if she was okay as she was so different from all the other times. She said I was stalling! She might have been busy, the room was empty tho, I dont know. Im sorry if she wasn't ok and that I didn't feel comfortable enough to stay.
Went in to try and have some organic eggs on toast. The lovely waitress tried to get some help from arrogant manager who looked like a tramp . He could not be asked to help , so I decided to leave . At this point the tramp looking manager confronted me for leaving, told me I did not have a clue and must be a tourist . Little does he know that I have lived for 40 years in Ladbroke Grove , have 2 local businesses and do not have time to deal with a rude dirty guy who thinks the world owes him a living . All I wanted was to support a small local business, hey my mistake . I would not recommend ever going to this place , not even sure if they are organic .
Lovely friendy local cafe with superb smoothies, teas and specialist coffees. Vegan shopping items as well as a small seating area outside where you can enjoy your hot or cold drink as the world goes by.
Fantastic service, and staff with a great attitude. Would like to thank all the staff and James the owner for looking after me and and my 2 children during Notting Hill Carnival, if it hadn't been for their quick thinking and hospitality we possibly would have been crush during the carnival. Sorry I didn't get the names of other staff members only Julia the Italian lady who had a beautiful wicked smile. Big thank you for keeping my 7 year old daughter amused and entertained. I definitely will be back for more of those cocktail juices. Thank You
Lots of organic and vegan options. Super friendly. Neighborhood coffee and snacks.
Went for a take out, great service, lovely lady behind the counter. Fully reccomemd!
