Slow, sluggish, shambles. The worst communication of any letting agency I've dealt with, repeatedly missing their own deadlines for repairs and actions.  My landlord actually knocked on my door just to complain about how he thought my review  was unfair which is pretty creepy behaviour.  I had a wet smelly floor from a leaky shower for over a month and the initial leak damaged a piece of my furniture.  The door frame around the leak hasn't been fixed.

By far the best landlord / managing agent I have ever had the privilege to be a tenant for. Fletcher Properties purchased the house share I currently live in roughly a year ago and I'm so glad they did! Any maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and always has that personal touch. Paul and John are truly the best landlords you could ever have, responsive and kind, always going above and beyond to ensure you are happy in your home. Having a family run company managing your home is a huge difference from corporate companies who don't really care about you, just as long as you pay your rent.. I recently changed bedrooms in my house share, and John spent hours with me on moving day helping me get my furniture to the new room and my TV on the wall.. you don't get that help from just any company! Thank you Fletcher Properties for doing all you do, keeping tenants like me super happy and settled in my home.
