Absolutely amazing quality of service, every issue was dealt with properly. If something was delayed I was told immediately and with Covid they offered to disinfect our house when we moved in for Free.
The gentleman that showed us around the property was very professional and understanding. We were talked through the contract thoroughly and feel very confident that our tenancy will be amazing! Such a same that some people feel the need to leave fake reviews about these lovely people!
The main issue with this company was that they took part of our deposit and when I and my flat mates called to discussed what the problem was as we were not made aware of any issues, we paid our rent on time always, we didn’t break nor damage anything; we were all ignored for 5+months. The flat itself was supposed to be renovated and in really good quality, however the items that was used for the renovation were of very bad quality, they broke easily for example the shower door in the bathroom was really weak for all of the rooms even though, they should’ve been brand new, the kitchen table was very wonky and already used with wear & tear. The kitchen cupboards doors were really weak and the hinges would easily detach and break easily. The quality of the place being somewhat below standards is sometimes ok in student accommodations especially a place that has not been advertised as renovated with good quality stuff. The only good thing about this agency was when we called about something breaking they would fix it quickly. It would’ve been nice if someone from the lettings team spoke with us regarding our deposit instead of all repeatedly ignoring us. I personally called Chris myself, he never answered nor did he respond to my WhatsApp messages. Whenever I called the agency they said Chris will call me back and that he was busy/not in and I never heard anything. If there was a genuine reason why parts of our deposit was kept, we all should’ve been informed and ignored simply because our tenancy ended.
Didn't respond to our emails/calls. Didn't fix the major issues with the property, even though when signing on they said they would. Didn't have a fully functional communal shower, instead it leaked into the living room for the whole year. Would not recommend.
Brilliant experience when signing my 6 bed student house. Always going out of their way to make his feel comfortable, brilliant range of houses on offer and have been really good whenever we have needed any maintenance or help with the house. Thank you in particular to Adam and Chris really csnt recommend enough the service they have provided. Look forward to staying with them next year!
I never comment or rate businesses but this has to be the most life changing deal I done. Super quick service, no hassle, I was shown the properties in my own time, no rush, and I selected my favourite. It was so hard to choose the right one, luckily my wife picked one and it has been a life transforming decision. Thank you so much, would recommend to everyone.
