What happened today makes me think this agency is a joke. Case regarding the letting of 33 Waveney Road. On Monday I talked to the agent, he told me that they would rent the house to us. I quote "I choose you". But he said a very important thing. The owner of the house lives next door. I said that this was quite important information and I needed to discuss it with my partner. But since she was at work, I said I'd come back tomorrow. The agent ??Paul?? Said no problem, I'll hold it for you until tomorrow. The agent called the landlord who agreed to rent to us. The next day I brought the application but it was incomplete only for the second tenant. On Tuesday, that agent and the leasing team weren't there. The receptionist told me to get the rest of the information tomorrow. What I did. But today I was told that the landlord had already chosen someone this morning. And I arrived at 12am. This agency showed a lack of respect for people, how can you make a deal with someone and then break the deal because of your absence. I rented a house for 5 years from the Lota agency, with which I never had a problem. I would still rent but they don't have an offer for me at the moment. And I would never have thought in my life that I would come across an agency that disrespects people. The worst thing is that before I arrived I rejected another offer from another agency. So I honestly do not recommend this agency. Answer: lie after lie. you informed me that the landlord chose someone on Wednesday morning. as I wrote earlier, most of the application was with you on Tuesday all my details and my partner's personal details. Only my partner's work details. So that meant I wanted to rent. the leasing team was not at work until Wednesday. And agent Paul was only there on Monday. Paul said he would hold it for us until Tuesday and to let me know if I decided. because I gave me most of the information that the landlord gave. the landlord was happy with it. So please don't blame me. I didn't think that such agencies still exist. my only mistake is naivety that I came across a professional agency.
My wife and I have used Kath Wells for many years to sell several properties in the area and also manage a couple of rentals that we have. The service has always been great from the whole team. - really recommended. Thanks - James & Sarah T

Absolutely amazing, I can not thank the team enough at Kath Wells for all the effort they put in to helping me with trying to get the house I did not want to lose. Even after going on for months none of them gave up on me they put up with my constant phone calls emails and then finally got there in the end. I can not describe how thankful I am to them all for all the hard work they put in to me getting my dream house thank you so much for Absolutely everything.
Excellent service so far! Having spoken with several different agents in the area, we decided to go with Kath Wells and couldn't be happier with the service we have received so far. The valuer who visited was confident we could achieve the price we were given and sure enough, had a full asking price offer within a week of the marketing going live! Now hoping for a smooth sale which I feel sure the team will do their best to proceed. Friendly, knowledgeable staff combined with local presence and following through on their promises give me every confidence to recommend the team if you have a property to sell locally. Update to follow!
Wasted six months of our time, listing was shown on website, Zoopla and Rightmove with lead picture of the front room rather than the outside of the house. Who wants to buy a house on the sight of the front room?? No idea how long it has been like this but has only been changed now because we have raised the issue The only picture of the front of the house on the website stopped at the top of the front door. It is a two storey Semi-detached Not a Bungalow? When we contact them they say " we're still pushing it", but give us no evidence that they actually are. On last visit we were told things were still plodding along. Hardly instilling confidence about the company. Time for a change I think.
Posted a listing with incorrect details corrections sent before listing was posted were ignored, bizarre incorrect floorplans, then booked in five unaccompanied viewings on a day when their offices were closed over Christmas so potential viewers had no way to contact them or us; four of the five ended up not finding us because the directions they were supplied were incorrect. During visits and in listing, made efforts to belittle the property and our efforts to make it sellable. However since getting a buyer, experience with Kath Wells improved significantly, with regular updates on the progress of the sale from their end. All in all, a mixed experience.
We had our property listed through Kath Wells following recommendations from a friend. Although we weren't necessarily in their catchment area, we decided to use them based on the great experience our friend had. Paul visited our property very quickly to value it and returned later that day with Richard to take the professional photos and gather all the information for our listing very efficient!. Unfortunately, we ended up taking our property off the market due to issues with our current mortgage provider our problem not Kath Wells however Paul and the team were very understanding and had supported us all the way through. Eventually when we come to sell our property again, we will 100% be using Kath Wells again! Keep up the good work!
Have tried calling Kath Wells a few times and no answer. Called Manning Stainton and someone picked up straight away. After looking at other reviews for Kath Well they don’t seem to be very pro-active in this area so I won’t be trying to contact them for a third time.
Had an appointment booked for today at 10am nobody turned up. Told me email was sent nothing received. Absolute waste of time. Horrible company stay away. Didn’t even have the courtesy to ring or send a txt. Nobody checks their email everyday when they have a confirmation txt for an appointment. If you are going to cancel send a cancelllation txt. Rude and unprofessional.
