Right Let Leeds and I have shared professional relationship spanning over 10 years. Over the last few years they have helped me rent out my student and professional properties and have always found me great tenants in record time. The whole team have always worked with amazing passion and pride and always delivered over and above with great efficiency and professionalism, and a special mention and shout to Ross Boss and Tom.
I would highly recommend Right Let Leeds to anybody looking for a reliable letting agent/property management company in Leeds. I rented a property with them for approximately 8 years and although there were issues with the landlord, Right Let always tried to mediate and ensure the landlord took appropriate action when needed. I haven't had much interaction with the rest of the team, but Maani, Ross and Cyrus were always professional, approachable and on hand to help resolve issues as they arose. By far the best letting agents I have used to date, despite the issues faced towards the end of the tenancy.
I’ve been with Right Let Leeds for a while now, They’re always very positive, happy to help and good at resolving issues. They appear to be highly professional and knowledgeable. They've kept me informed of regulatory changes and offered to assist with their implementation. They've always kept me up to date on my properties and always have a smile on their faces when I walk into the office; I can't say enough good things about them.
Right Let Leeds recently worked with me to find some tenants and I can't recommend them enough. They not only found really nice people to take over the previous tenancy but were extremely helpful, always communicated efficiently and professionally and gave good advice on the current rental and property market. There were some minor things that needed changing with the electrics and they sorted everything as swiftly as possible with an in-house electrician. Even my previous tenants who were living there prior commented on their friendliness when dealing with them for viewings and listing photos. Thanks Maani, Ollie and Emily for all your help.
Rented an apartment via Right Let Leeds as a temporary home in between house moves. I cannot fault their professionalism everything was done quickly and efficiently. We asked for a short extension as our new house was delayed and this was dealt with in record time. This makes for happy customers. I would highly recommend Right Let Leeds.
A friend and I have been searching for the right place to live for weeks and couldn’t find anything until we contacted Right Let Leeds and we found our perfect house that we’re very excited about moving into! Contact with the agent was brilliant, friendly, easy and helpful, the process of securing our house was simple and we now feel hugely relieved having secured a house we’re happy with!
I had a great experience with Tom from Right Let Leeds. He dealt with my new tenancy and helped me with some complications within my tenancy- regarding viewings and transferring a contract over. He was very quick with communication and super reliable. Couldn't appreciate his help more, absolute star. Olly has also been very helpful in regards to retrieving my deposit back, really appreciate it!!
Have had an excellent experience with this agency so far. Tom has been incredibly helpful and very efficient at answering any queries I’ve had. Such an organised and genuine agency - really looking forward to using them in the future!
Myself and my housemates have been with Right Let since July, and unfortunately have not received the same level of respect that other tenants have shared. A lack of communication concerning what appliances were available in our tenancy, in addition to a range of maintenance issues that have failed to be dealt with in an appropriate level of time. This includes boiler, electricity, and fire safety issues, all of which are protected via legislation and explicitly stated in our tenancy agreement. Upon moving in, we didn't have access to a fire extinguisher, blanket, or carbon monoxide alarm. Emergency lighting and fire doors were not installed, and numerous rooms didn't have lighting. Maintenance tends to be delayed and the lack of communication between Right Let and their tenants have lead to issues with problems being mitigated. A prime example being that for 3 months, we didn't have a working oven and currently don't have a working dryer, with two plugs in the kitchen not working either. There is also a water leak in the basement, where the fuse is located. Subsequently, the plugs in the house are now causing issues, including but not exclusive to not working and potentially causing a fire safety hazard. Overall, I wouldn't recommending signing with this company.
Awful completely incompetent letting agency. Pretty sure most of the 5 star reviews on here are fake. From my experience, they were really unprofessional and lazy when it came to doing an inventory on the property both for check in and check out. They don’t use a third party or produce a proper inventory report. Just a quick dash around the property with someone filming on their phone stating that everywhere was “spotless” when upon entering the property it clearly wasn’t. I had to produce a full inventory report myself including photos which turned out to help us later on down the line when disputing our deposit return. Poor communication between the letting agency and landlord when it came to maintenance issues. If we ever reported an issue, the only response we got was ‘this has been passed onto your landlord’ when in some cases our landlord had no idea of the issue and hadn’t been told anything about it! Took 5 months for us to get our full deposit back as we had to dispute it through the DPS. Probably the worst letting agency I’ve rented with. Avoid.
