Since 1977 Parklane have been at the very heart of life in Leeds. We’ve become a proud figure in the city and in our almost 40-year history we have become the go-to property experts for students, professionals and businesses.

Life originally began for us on Cardigan Road before moving into the heart of Headingley town centre in the late 1980s, serving the customers we hold very close to our hearts, students. Over the years we’ve expanded, opening a city centre office and providing accommodation for not just students, but graduates, professionals, families, and just about everyone who wants to settle in our wonderful Yorkshire city.

In the booming and alive city of Leeds, Parklane have continually met the demands of the local community, with an ever-expanding and extensive portfolio of housing options which offer the best available student and professional accommodation in Leeds, as well as being that helping hand every step of the way whether buying or selling.
