Booked online, a bit dubious never done before & it was 3 minutes late coach to catch so, I rang up, msg advised my car was a few minutes away! Lovely driver, helpful & polite, a good experience & definitely book again with ACE. Thank you!
I want to say a big thank you to driver number 39 for making my new puppy feel safe in the car by going slow and putting my puppy first and asking me if he was ok during the ride to make sure he was calm and not stressed out, So a big thank you to number 39 from ace taxis.
Your drivers need to be more careful! Almost merged into me he was behind me and then sped up to get Infront as the merge lane ended! I had to slam on! THEN he brake checked me! I hope no passenges we're present throughout this dangerous driving as it seems he was about to do it for the second time as I turned! I've got dash cam footage before you start saying you have "cctv" like the other replies.Danger to the road! After reading other reviews, the replies this company gives is so rude and nasty, not toned in the correct way! Shocking service!
I was meant to say this a little while back, but taxi driver number 39 is an amazing guy. he talked to me in a very friendly tone and was very polite. highly recommend using this taxi service, they are always on time and get to your destination quickly.
I was hesitant to use this taxi firm due to some of the reviews but they have been on time and very professional. The drivers have been lovely to talk to and the people on the phone when booking are always pleasant and never rude. They always have a taxi available and i highly recommend them.
Easy to book and friendly drivers had to use them well my car was in the garage would use again.
These guys went above and beyond helping me find and get my phone back to me after a night of too many shandys. Good lads good taxi firm
My god they r my life savers Wakefield Abby cars left me stranded in osset all coz I’ve got a xxl dog cage told them what happened and they were so understanding and my god I gave driver a tip as well ace taxi u r amazing and I’m definitely recommending people to us this company ur only company I’m using now hope u all have a brilliant Christmas too
