Dreadful service. I was told taxi would be 5 minutes, in fact arrived 25 mins later. The car was unmarked, only got in after confirming with the operator this is the car they dispatched. Women working there unpreoffssional and unhelpful. Avoid if you can!!!

Got a text saying it was here. Turned up 10 minutes later. By that point a kind neighbour had offered to take my daughter to high school. Tried to explain to taxi driver and was greeted with aload of attitude. (I was going to pay him till that point) Won't be using them again.

Booked a car at 22:00, was told it was on it's way immediately, received a txt to confirm, called after 15 mins find out where it was, and again told it was on its way and would now be 2 minutes. @22:40 called again and was given some bullsh!t story that two cars were sent, one picked up someone with the same name and the so the other was cancelled. Complete and utter lies, as 4 of us were stood on the street corner waiting 35 min in the cold on a quite Saturday night and NOT ONE SINGLE TAXI from any company collected anyone in that time and we could see the entire road. And to add insult to injury, the women on the phone was vile when they were told they were lying. Incredibly poor. Never again. Avoid.

Just used this taxi firm for the first time tonight. My bus failed to turn up so googled for a taxi and Abbey Taxi's came up. I am SUPER impressed. They were friendly, the taxi was super clean and the service was just first class. Would highly recommend them and will certainly be using this taxi firm again.
