One of the better taxi firms in wakefield. Not the cheapest but the drivers are polite, the waiting times they tell you are actually accurate, the cars are clean (inside and out), and the driver aren’t complete lunatics like most, well located walking distance of the ridings and trinity walk.

Absolutely amazing service taxi number 99 was a great person, so helpful and just a great lad in general wil be asking for 99 every time I order a taxi from here.

Just terrible. For starters the lady on the phone was rude and condescending. The conversation went something like this: Her: "Abc" Me: "Hi, can I have a cab for now please, I'm at X...." Her (before I finished) "what company name, I can't send a driver to there because theres 300 companies" Me: "Oh, I was just going to tell you, its Company Name" Her: "Thats booked" Me: "Thank you" She hangs up. Well, it never arrived. I phoned them and they said "we sent a taxi and you wasn't there". Trying to blame me - what the hell? I'd be standing outside the whole time and they know where it is. I'd taken a cab to office earlier that morning. The lady told me theres nothing they can do and that I'd miss my train if they sent another taxi out. If it wasn't for someone in the office coming to the rescue, I'd have missed my train back to London.
