I accompanied my cousin on Monday the 19th of February to St James Hospital Leeds.The driver was very courteous and friendly.Unfortunately I dropped my car keys in the taxi. When I realised I rang the company and they said the driver had handed them in.He must have gone out of his way to hand them him straight away as he said he was finishing his shift and going home.I don't know his name but would like to say thank you.I would also like to says a huge thank you to the two taxi drivers who got us to Pinderfields hospital and back today in all the snow 28th Feb

Great taxi company!!. Arrived at Kirkgate Station off the train to find a booking office on the left as you exit station. Guy in the office was courteous to us. Taxi arrived in 5 mins and the driver helped with our bags and helped again at our destination. Cannot recommend enough and will definately be using again.

Booked a taxi 40 minutes before I wanted it. Rang when it was due and told at least another 10 minutes. Told them I booked early so I wasn't late for what I had planned. Lady told me to try someone else Cheers

Rather than calling me to let me know the cars gone to the wrong place apex would rather leave you waiting at work on a Friday. To top it off they said they couldn't do anything about it said and hung up. it's okay as bargain taxi came to the rescue, called when they couldn't find the place and even thanked me for using them. If apex didn't hang up I wouldn't vent on here, well done!
