Absolutely Disgraceful Service from a bunch of cowboys This company has taken money out of my account for a booking that I made for the bank holiday weekend. We were told we had to pay for the whole weekend, we only wanted to stay 2 nights but were fine with this as it was a special occasion. We had 2 family bookings of which my friend went down with his kids on Saturday at 2pm to be told there was no booking. It came to light that the warden who booked it in said we had booked it for 2 weeks before despite our full conversation. They have refused to return my deposit and refused to send any sort of proof of the booking. They say they do not send any evidence of any bookings. The manager when I asked him to return the money told me they would not return it despite being able to give no evidence of the booking. The only thing they produced to my friend was a piece of paper from the bin that had the booking on showing 2 weeks before. Funny how it was still in the bin. Clearly they forgot I had told them we couldn't come on the Friday and so gave it to someone else. I will be going to trading standards about how this company operate. We then had to travel 40 miles to another campsite which was impeccable service. Avoid this place at all costs

Lovely clean site and lovely creek

Hard ground and very dusty. Showers full of cobwebs and hair. Was not nice at all. Full of mosquitos. Staff was friendly

Nice site, showers and toilets need updating, dog friendly nice pub just as you go in, food excellent (Yew Tree Inn)
