Mixed review Joey was absolutely brilliant after I came back in following another check the previous week from a lady who told me she had done my bulbs and hadn't she told me there was an electrical fault with my car which there wasn't she just clearly couldn't be bothered to check them I then received an email a week later which sent me in to panic telling me my oil is low no engine coolant no screen wash etc . Following on from my first visit I brought the screen wash but lady on desk so it would be filled up as part of the check but it wasn't when this talk lady with brown hair and glasses did my check - so last night after receiving this email I went back. Explained my experience with this lady from last week and Joey was brilliant my light bulbs had not been changed they had blown as I had previously told this lady joey filled my screen wash for me I am able to do this my self but it's part of the check  oil and engine coolant where all fine. Joey was really understanding with me I had just finished a 12 hour shift so going back to Halfords was the last thing I wanted to do but him and a lovely lady called angel got my car all sorted for me. The other lady clearly could not be bothered and I have heard from other friends they have had similar experience with her to. Joey and angel you are 5 star. The other lady you get minus 5 from me.

Absolutely great visit in Halfords Havant store. The Team Member who served me was great! Very professional, the whole service took no longer than 10 minutes which was so important for me because I was with my little son. The Staff Member upgrade my membership thank what I saved money during my visit. Absolutely great experience. Highly recommended

Ordered a part for my van on Friday and was told they'd give me a call on Saturday to collect it. Had to call customer services on Monday to find out if the part was delivered to which I was told it was in store now.nWent down to collect the part and was given completely the wrong part for the wrong vehicle and only found this out after removing bits to fit it.nRefund couldn't be done because their card machine would not let it.nEnded up being given the correct part which they already had on a shelf in store in the first place - completely waste of my time really. I would recommend other local part suppliers over these guys. First time I used Halfords for parts and it was absolutely shocking

Visited Halfords Havant today to get my Rayleigh hybrid cycle serviced. Tom the cycle technician did a brilliant job and is a model of good customer service service.nPolite, intelligent and enthusiastic sums up Tom, he is a credit to his employer.nWell done Tom.

I wanted to give a shout out to Rueben from the Havant Halfords who was just incredibly kind and nice. All my needs were met and I left feeling very happy. Customer service is the key to me ever going back to a store and this was exceptional
