Paid extra for cabinets to be assembled, delivery not only arrived later than it was suppose to, it was sent half of the order flat packed as there was not even room in the van. Refused to accept flat packed as this is not what I paid for, no communication from fittingsco until I reached out for a refund to then be told I would lose 35% of the money paid for an order I didn’t receive.
I ordered a kitchen accessory in May and found missing part to install this. I still not have received this. I have been emailing them for months for a update and asking for a refund which they have not relied back. I have tried ringing them if you complain, they will take your number and then block you. So you will have to use another number. Please do not use this company. I will now have to take this to trading standard and will update you on this.
I ordered 3 of pull out 900mm wire baskets and 2 600mm baskets. They arrived within a few days of ordering and I fitted them yesterday They came well packaged, were easy to fit and have made a huge difference to our kitchen cupboard storage. The baskets are sturdy and hold the weight of our pots, pans and electricals. The soft close is really nice. Great service and great product. Well done.
I purchased items based on the clear 14 days free return service, as seen on their Web page. Out of 6 items I wanted to return 2, in exchange for 1 new item. Making the arrangements I'm told I need to pay for return. Expressesing my view that I felt mislead i got an uncompromising reply as follows: free returns are based on the product being damaged or defective. Items may be beautiful, seemingly of good quality but do ask yourselves the question: at what cost if you need to pay for returns/exchanges and in my case delivery for the additional item that we need ontop off
We ordered a Kitchen Sink on the 25th October 2021 and paid the extra to make sure it gets delivered to us within 3 - 5 days. A BIG LET DOWN.. BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! After sending them numerous emails, their reply was.. "we will refund you the extra that you paid for the quick delivery". STILL NO SINK!
Ordered a set of handles and then never heard anything for nearly a week, meant to be 48hr delivery. Only when I chased it up did I get an email back saying that there was a stock issue and the order couldn't be fulfilled, not sure why they couldn't have contacted me to tell me that. Several subsequent attempts to contact them by email were ignored. Then sent me the wrong item similar but not exactly the design I ordered - think they were trying to fob me off but can't be sure, when I requested a refund on this I was told it would include the return postage I paid, but it didn't. Told stock would be back in 3 weeks, that was 5 weeks ago, and can't get through on the phone now. It has been consistently bad service with this company.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size cutlery tray for my draw. I noticed that the company was near my home so I contacted their customer service to ask if I could pop in and change the tray. The chap was very kind and offered to bring the correct size tray to my house due to him living near me. Fantastic service. Thanks for much.
Not even a 1 star. Placed order few weeks ago and paid for goods. Cannot get hold of company - just checked my outgoing calls - I have tried calling the phone number 56 times over the last week and can't get through - it just cuts off. Tried emailing but no response or read receipts. Wonder if company is still in business - don't buy from this company whatever happens.
Prompt delivery. No complaints. Very happy with their service. Will definitely recommend to others & use again.
Awful company; do not go near! They will happily take your order, but then fail to deliver despite assurances given on their website. Emails simply go unanswered and phone calls ring out. I have tried numerous attempts with no success. Matters have been escalated with Paypal and Trading Standards to resolve. I'm editing my post as the saga continues....! I now at long last have the handle, but I want to return as had to source elsewhere due to the time taken for despatch and having received no responses to phone and email attempts! I have tried to call again multiple times today, but again no answer from any of the departments. I then try the link to the returns page to download a returns form and what a surprise it doesn't work. As I can't ring you, it seems, perhaps you can ring me to resolve please. To add insult to injury I also got an email today asking for a 5* rating!! You are an incompetent and absolute joke of a company. I reiterate my advice that you purchase from these guys at your peril.
