I went yesterday with my dad and bought two ceiling lights and matching wall lights. Bernie went above and beyond to ensure I got what I needed. very nice shop, friendly staff and I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic level of service. Helpful and friendly. Found exactly what I wanted. One item was not in stock they ordered it for me to be delivered free of charge. Arrived promptly - will definitely be shopping here again

Friendly helpful service at Litecraft . We were looking to replace 2 lampshades on lamps we had bought here 14 years ago !!! . Nothing was too much trouble .

I went to Litecraft last Tuesday with a friend to look at ceiling lights for lounge,sunroom ,dinning room  hall and three bedrooms. I spoke to several  members of staff  who were all very friendly and offered us a coffee whilst we were browsing.When I was ready I asked a  salesperson called Debbie for advice and she was brilliant. We spent quite some time with her choosing lights for all the different rooms. I called again  a few days later and once again Debbie was brilliant and I have now purchased light fittings for all the rooms. Thanks to all the staff for the great service especially Debbie.
