A great experience with Ergomonkey! Since working from home for the last few months, i needed a decent office chair to eliminate the back pain I was suffering from using my old chair. Nik was very helpful with the placing of the order and the customer team were great in keeping me up to date the delivery. The man who delivered the chair showed me how to use the different features and I have to say I'm very impressed with it. I would definitely recommend Ergomonkey.
Impeccable customer service - Nik who I dealt with was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and generously went out of his way to ensure I got what I needed. This was a small order for home use, but should the business opportunity arise, Ergomonkey will no doubt be my first port of call. Would recommend very highly!
This company is phenomenal! nothing is too much trouble, Nik Karen and the team worked incredibly hard to give us the best deal and service and went above and beyond. They are efficient , thorough, kind, and great value for money. Their products are fabulous and great quality. They supplied a large amount of chairs to a large NHS trust to prevent muscular injuries caused by poor posture and long shifts. These chairs have made a huge difference to us; back pain is reducing, staff feel refreshed and cared for. I cant thank them enough for all their care and attention, I wouldn't hesitate in completely highly recommending Ergo Monkey, they are the Best !!!
Ergomonkey are a truly amazing company to work alongside. They will help with any query no matter how big or small and they are always innovating to find exciting new products to bring to their stock that will make companies lives better. I could not rate them high enough and you won't be disappointed if you decide to do business with them. The team themselves are all so nice and helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. I had such a flawless experience ordering my new HAG Capisco chair from Ergomonkey. Nik the director was so helpful, very understanding in terms of what I was looking for and incredibly friendly too. Highly recommend Ergomonkey as I think they’ve been wonderful :
Although I didnt purchase my chair directly from Ergomonkey, they have acted on behalf of Flokk, who deal with RH Logic chairs. From making the initial enquiry, they have been extremely supportive and accommodating. They ordered parts on my behalf, picked up my chair, fixed the parts and swiftly dropped my chair back. There has always been someone at the end of the phone whether it was Rebecca, Nik, James or Rachel all of them have bee professional, understanding and importantly have backed this up with prompt and swift actions. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a RH Logic chair or to anyone who has office furniture need...massive thank you
