Moved to this gym from PureGym around a year ago now and I’ve got to say this is the best gym I’ve ever trained at. I’ve been training for around 2 years and nothing compares.nnAlex provides in-depth advice which makes him an exceptional coach. Alongside Dr Emily’s nutrition and appetite background the pair make an incredible team for their clients.
Simply a fantastic gym and social space. Such a friendly and relaxing place to visit which also has the best kit you will see under roof!nnWhether you are a beginner or a serious athlete everything is catered for brilliantly by Alex and Emily
I have been a member of AW for approx 18 months and I love it. Not only does it have amazing equipment, a friendly atmosphere but Emily and Alex are what make it - they are lovely and helpful. I also started having PT sessions with Alex in March 2024, following surgery, to help me back into fitness after 8 weeks out - I am feeling and looking better than ever as a result of his knowledge and guided fitness plan. Highly recommend AW Muscle & Fitness
Best gym I’ve ever been to in my life. Equipment is unmatched and the atmosphere is amazing. Alex and Emily have bossed it. Would defo recommend.
I joined the gym around 6 weeks ago as it's literally a stone throw away from my house. I have previously been a member of other gyms in macclesfield but got very bored as I didn't have a clue what to do in the gym.nnI decided to join aw and take pt sessions with alex so I could get a better understanding of what to do and how to plan my sessions in the gym.nnI'm now 6ish weeks in and couldn't recommend anyone better than alex as a coach. I explained about previous injuries and surgeries and he has planned sessions around themnnI go to the gym 4 or 5 days a week nowand have noticed the changes starting to appear already. I am loving the place. Such friendly staff and everyone who goes is supper friendly.nnI'd happily recommend aw and alex to anyone
