This place is a must for any OCR fan, we have just spent the morning practicing our techniques on the excellent rig set up. Whilst we trained, there was a kids fitness class on as well so my son got to have a workout as well. Very knowledgeable staff on hand to help out from anything from strength training, fitness, running technique to OCR skills. We will be back, see you soon. Thanks Phil & Michelle.

Great Gym for all types of people. Perfect for athletes, wide range of equipment. Brilliant Classes and an awesome atmosphere.

When Jim came to the states I hired him to train me. He was very knowledgeable with correcting my form which in fact made me be able to lift more weight and actually feel it affecting my muscles. Jim would push me past my own mental blocks and motivated me to go past where I was comfortable. In return I was feeling amazing, and proud of myself! It was like working with a close friend who made me realize where I was falling short and could improve. By the end of the workout my muscles were shaking and I was covered in sweat he put me to work harder than I've ever done on my own in my life and I'm not stranger to the gym and training. His exercise science is so effective my muscles were sore for quite some time but the strength I gained mentally will last forever! Thank you Jim!

I Couldn't be happier with 5s. Excellent classes, professional training and a great, inclusive atmosphere. 7 classes a day for your membership is just insane value. Get down here now and give it a shot.
