Best fitness decision I think I've ever made. So much to learn and improve on. Always a constant challenge and the community which comes with it are great. Lukasz, Sally and Toni are all very knowledgeable and motivational which massively helps with every aspect from confidence to improving your strength. I've managed to get stronger and fitter in the past 6 months than I've ever been training in a normal gym for 9 years. Would I recommend it.. all day.

Did a drop in for two days this week! What a great bunch of people and coaches. If I lived in Macclesfield this would be the box I'd join.

Fantastic place to train with a very helpful model of skills improvement. Very nice and clean facility with friendly members who went out of their way to make this drop in feel at home!

I love this place, the coaches are so encouraging. It doesn't matter what level you are at, you will be able to do the workouts and improve your fitness in a supportive and friendly atmosphere!
