I came to Benefit @18 months ago, merely to support my partner who was checking it out & was wishing to give the Free Week Trial a go. I was already fairly fit & active & not particularly looking to lose any weight. I didn't in any way believe this was for me! But, in that trial week, I quickly realized how different, enjoyable & varied these classes turned out to be, compared to anything I'd experienced previously. It has proven from the start to be great value with very personable & knowledgeable trainers. It's not an overstatement to say that the experience & benefits since the start has been life changing for me, and also for us both as a couple.

I joined BENeFIT less than two months ago to reduce weight and increase my level of overall fitness. I really am impressed with the set up, equipment, friendly atmosphere and how it represents real value for money. For a £70 monthly fee you are able to attend as many tailor made sessions as you can fit in. They are run by very experienced and enthusiastic personal trainers who seem to know which type of motivation to use to get the very best out of my exercise routine. Already I have seen my body change shape for the better. I would really recommend anyone who is thinking of improving their exercise regime to give them a whirl – what have you got to lose?

I have been using the facilities at Ben E Fit Gym since it opened and I can thoroughly recommend the classes, they are varied and fun. Ben engages with all his clients and gives 100% to make sure you achieve your goal. If you're not sure about training just give Ben E Fit a go and you won't be disappointed.

Excellent training facility. Ben and Tom are fun, knowledgeable and give loads of motivation. Seems to attract some really nice people that also give peer support. Had a small back injury and they have been great about adapting the sessions helping with the healing process. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

I started going to BenEfit when I moved to Macclesfield about 3 months ago and haven't looked back! Ben & Tom are really welcoming, the equipment is top of the range and the exercises are so well thought out. Everyone looks out for and encourages each other which is great and the 'finishers' are great fun, (which is one word I would never use to describe exercise normally!) They are happy to adapt exercises to suit age, ability and any injuries as well as pushing you to do more when they know you're capable. I would thoroughly recommend BenEfit and can't wait to continue my journey with them.
