I speak for the online service only which isn't up to legal standards let allow any other kind of standards. I ordered an item that was available when I purchased it and I received an email confirming my payment of the item and a note that I would receive an update on processing and dispatch. I didn't receive an email and I had to contact them via email on Monday evening and a mobile call on Tuesday to get an update. They reply that they had to wait for the order to arrive at their store before they could give me an estimated time of delivery. Apparently they weren't available when I purchased it so they lied. That's false advertisement. Their attitude of oh we will get round to it, not actually having the item they said they had and again didn't, and me having to contact them twice to get an update they were meant to provide is why you shouldn't use their online service or store. Don't bother with this shop since it doesn't even care about customers, let alone the ones that paid.

No idea whether the shop was well stocked or the staff helpful but my experience with the online service was definately not satisfactory. I ordered a Eheim external filter part that the online shop implied they had, ( nowhere did it say they did not have it in stock). I happily ordered the part thinking at the least a week to deliver. when it didn't arrive after a week I contacted the shop to be told the item wasn't in stock and should arrive within the week. I was told By the next Friday. Nope, an email later saying it would arrive the following Monday. If I had known this I wouldn't have ordered it. With numerous water changes, and a lot of crossed fingers, I didn't lose my fish. I will not order from them again, total bad online service.

Don't waste your money. Placed an online food and plant order with Fish Fish Fish over a month ago. Plants where not available so all order was put on hold - I was not informed about this and only found out when I phone to chase ( fish food ordered for a reason, hey ho they can starve whislt waiting for bad service!!) . Order then dispatched two days later without plants. Plants to follow! Informed them I would be out of country over certain dates and to either ship before or return my monies. Heard nothing after trying to call and email, so opened charge back on credit card. Shock horror have arrived home to find a load of dead plants waiting for me!! Do not answer phone or emails so will let credit card company deal with this useless bunch.

Love this place - friendly, very knowledgeable, and trustworthy - they never sell you anything they don't think you need (e.g. water treatments). Lovey dogs too. Looking forward to the tea shop opening.

Ordered item on a Friday didn't receive item until following week on Tuesday, next day delivery? I was told after making countless phone calls the courier had messed up my order and sent it to the wrong branch, on ringing the courier I find out the shop had only just sent item day before, i don't like writing bad reviews but truth is if I was told the truth on how it long it would take me to receive item I wouldn't be giving a bad review. I have now read through other reviews and there is a pattern, I think one person had a good experience buying online from fishfishfish and is condeming everyone else's poor online experience, it's a big world out there mate take the blinkers off yeah.
