nice selection of animals and products. i do enjoy coming here but what lets this place down is there prices. very steep can always find cheaper else where. The staff are good and knowledgeable, they just revamp the bird area which i love and they just got a loyalty program too.

Had a little trip over to perfect Aquatics and all i can say is wow the staff are very friendly and very helpful definitely feel like they've got a lot of time for you. Definitely recommend this to anyone that wants Marine its the best place I've visited on price selection and how well maintained the tanks are so I feel very happy in buying their stock :) they even sell tropical with a great selection too but it doesn't stop theres even more available like reptiles rabbits Birds etc etc and if you wish to purchase your dream marine tank they also do finance definitely something I'll be using in the future so well done perfect Aquatics for your great service ☺

was very impressed with the whole store looked around for ages, until I saw whom I assume was the manager shouting and swearing at a young red haired girl. at this point I left the store absolutely disgusted. I have been served by the red haired girl before and was very impressed at her knowledge and eagerness to help. Nobody should have to take that kind of abuse from anyone. sort it out mate

Fantastic service. Ordered a pump Friday evening and requested delivery on Monday. Had an email Friday evening to say no problem we will deliver on Monday. I also had an upgrade as the pump I ordered was out of stock. Monday afternoon the pump was hand delivered by a member of staff. Can’t fault this company, always so helpful. Many thanks.

Found what we wanted straight away. Greeted by staff with a hi and a smile. So much better customer service now Perfect Aquatics have taken over from Japanese Koi. Keep up the good work 😀😀😀😀😀
