Really nice place with an amazing selection of Happy animals! Every enclosure was super clean. I went with a friend and we got a great tour of many of the wonderful creatures! When I eventually have the space, I know where ill be getting my animals!

2nd time visiting the shop yesterday since the renovations started and wow what a change! The shop is clean and organised, animals where in great health in clean enclosures. Picked up a lovely leaf tail gecko and Lee kindly showed me one of the breeding rooms and wow all bioactive enclosures showing natural behaviour! This shop is definitely one of the best in the UK and the renovations aren’t finished yet! Lee and the rest of the staff were friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Can’t wait to visit again next year. Thanks again Lee and the team 5*

Great help, and excellent knowledge. Bought our Bearded Dragon, with accompanying living set-up. Highly recommend.

Visited in 2020. The man there insisted we didn't need to wear masks, and made inappropriate comments about not being able to "kiss" my friend and I or see our "pretty faces". Touched my scars and face without consent and made us both feel incredibly uncomfortable. The girl with him said it was just how he was. I need to visit a reptile store but would rather travel for longer to find someone else.

Great service from all the guys here. Didn't catch a name but in particular the young guy with long hair who was very friendly and informative and helped us with everything we needed for our new Hermann's Tortoise. Seemed very knowledgeable and offered lots of advice. Thank you to the whole team! Very pleased and would definitely recommend

I want to thank Sam for all of his help and expertise in helping us choose the right snake. We wanted to get our daughter her first snake for her birthday and Sam made the whole experience fantastic. He took the time to show us our options and spoke with our daughters about the different types of snakes and let them hold different ones so they could gain confidence in handling them. Once we had purchased the snake Sam very kindly looked after her for us whilst we were on holiday and even had the vivarium set up for us once we returned so we could take her home. I would highly recommend millennium reptiles and in particular Sam. Thank you for making this an easy and enjoyable experience for us.

I previously reviewed the old owner or caretaker of the shop. The shop has had some changes since the last and seems like a nice guy I have only been once since, probably will again at some point. The fact he has taken the time to reply in a professional manner rather than spouting hatred like the last, speaks for itself. I will leave at 4* for now until it is fully open to see what it's like.

Bought a lovely zebra leg tarantula. The  shop is looking very good, he has aswsome selection of reptiles and has plenty of knowledge. many thanks, I highly recommend a trip to millennium reptiles very child friendly and educational

Amazing shop. I left the country 18 months ago and we had our frogs stay in the store for what we thought would be a couple of weeks until we could bring them over. They ended up getting stranded in the UK due to lack of flights. Sam looked after them incredibly well and helped the transport company to make sure they were comfortable and healthy for the trip over. All 7 frogs arrived in Canada safely and we are so grateful to these guys for looking after them properly. Prior to this, I was always popping into the store and they have a fantastic range of critters and are very knowledgable - best specialist store in the area, no doubt about it.
