Lovely views of the river. Food was normal pub standard, staff friendly. Ideal place to meet friends, with a large covered area overlooking the river. Limited beers on tap.

Exactly what you would expect on a local, traditional pub: friendly staff, good drinks and a nice, cozy atmosphere. We were surprised at Christmas with a lovely band playing Christmas carols and we joined them. Not a religious person but it was a truly special moment.

Pie week! Probably the best food I've ever had in a pub. Good atmosphere, grate location. Proper local, with lots happening.

Very friendly place I've just moved to Golant and the staff have been very warm and welcoming the pub does great food not expensive and if you like your ales then this is the place for you!

Lovely small village pub - off the beaten track. Friendly landlord, superb real cask ales, proper unpretentious but delucious fresh food.
