Visited here to see Keane. Had an amazing time.  The venue was lovely. The band was amazing. Would definitely go again to another concert there x

Europe's strongest man 2024. It's my first time visiting the arena & was very impressed. All staff were very helpful. The arena areas were clean & tidy. There's plenty of bars to get drinks & food. The toilets are well situated. The seating is partially padded & was comfortable enough to sit in for 4 hours.  Close to Leeds railway & bus / coach stations.  I live in Sheffield & have visited Sheffield arena multiple times, but the Leeds direct arena is so much better in every way.

Loved the VIP Experience, my son has hearing problems and we were worried about it being too noisy for him. However in the VIP area it helped him, as he could go back in the room when needing a quick couple of mins. The staff are helpful and lovely too.

First visit to Leeds arena to see Ne-yo.  Very big, sits comfortable, very good organization of everything. The prices of drinks/water bit too high, but overall great place for concerts.

It is a fabulous arena. Jam packed on the night too. Andre Reiu you and the orchestra is just what the doctor ordered. Staff well all fantastic, helpful and a smile for everyone. Well done, everyone.

First time at this arena for the concert and it was very pleasant however, the arena rapidly became very hot which can’t be helped but it led to someone passing out. Also the floor was very sticky and uncomfortable to stand on but other than that a great arena.  Drink and food prices are what you would expect and there was an adequate amount of toilets until people kept blocking them with toilet paper

Really good venue to watch an event. Enjoyed the night. Good meal and drink for £11 meal deal seating is comfortable, plenty of helpers to assist if needed. Will certainly go again.

We’ve seen a couple of shows at the arena now. Each time the drinks prices are quite high. The seats are close together. If you’re sat next to a regular size person it’s just about bearable but we got some broad guys sat next to us pushing us both sideways. We were on the floor near the stage and you couldn’t separate the seats to give yourself a little bit more space. It’s always too warm too.

Awesome experience, large crowd but very little waiting time for entrance and amenities, front row is an experience like no other, seats aren't as comfortable  as the regular seats but never the less, worth it for the view #OVOCIRQUE

Excellent venue. In the city centre unlike Arena venues. It’s semi circle shaped so the seating in some areas to the side see the stage wholly side on.  The Keane concert was 11/10.  Not sure this venue could host such things as Ice Hockey, Basketball or Indoor Motorcross. But as a music  venue then it aces it.  BUT there’s parking in the Merrion multi-storey very close by. You can prepay to exit the gate automatically AND DO NOT expect to exit any quicker than 1 to 2 hours after the concert. Even the event staff say “it might take you 2 hours to exit after the concert”.  Cracking venue but the parking is horrendous.
