Absolutely the worst estate agents I've ever used. Avoid. Called debt collectors on me for a debt which was paid for already out of my deposit which I never received back. Scam artists.

I was a tenant and had a horrible experience, avoid this agency if you can. 
They didn't fixed a leak for 18 months and I had it with the bad service so I gave notice to vacate the property. Once I gave notice to vacate the property, they wanted to fix the leak and threatened me to be liable for any damage the leak had caused if I didn't give them access to the property. 
Also, I had many other issues including a 2 month period where we went without hot water for over 20 total days.
