Wonderful place to either stay or for dinner. The rooms are a little small, but very clean, and with incredibly attentive staff. The food here is also without fault. Would definitely recommend to anyone

Special celebration tea lovely. Sandwiches very good but bread too thick, not dainty enough. Had to ask for more tea & returned dirty knife. Attention to detail required especially at the price we paid.

We had afternoon tea there for mother's day my daughter and her fiance arranged for both mums. Tea was good, unfortunately the service was a little lacking. Booking was required and therefore should have been prepared for the rush. Lovely place, and I would recommend it.

Have found this place good for a wake but not on this visit. We were given a room far too small for the 65 people who attended. Food not too bad but getting to it was a nightmare!

Spent three nights at the hotel last week with our Golden Retriever. Yes the room is a bit small will try the de lux room next time. The staff and the service are excellent. Yes there are three pubs in the village but the Snooty Fox has great food. One note of caution. The bath is very deep and without handrails was a problem
