Amazing welcome friendly and informative. Toni is lovely as are all staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Amazing big comfy bed and super shower in bathroom. Location is great easy access to so many places.beautiful place. Will definately be back
Nice surroundings, loose children, outside courtyard allows smoking when people are eating. Both are bad policies for a gentle meal. Food was well presented. Beer was not well kept. Plenty of parking on a Wed night.
I ate here with friends. They had steak which they enjoyed & i had the risotto. But, the risotto was awful. Too mushy like baby food. Almost no seasoning. And the chorizo was over cooked & inedible. Certainly not worth the price. Maybe a lesson in how to make a good risotto for who ever made it.nI've gone to The Fieldhead many times over the years as my friends live in Markfield & i can honestly say it was the worst mealnI've ever had there.nThe service was good & our waitress was lovely.
Wonderful staff, great breakfast. Sat outside in the sun. Just glorious.nnTony, you were fantastic. Thank you for the fried bread, it really made my day.
We was looking for a place to grab some lunch quickly and we came across this place the restaurant is very nice but the customer service isn’t great at all. We ordered 3 Sunday dinners and 3 drinks they brought each Sunday roast out 5 minutes apart and even forgot about the last one and said we didn’t order 3. Most of the food was nice but the veg was Rock solid. Won’t be coming back.
