Friendly staff, nice location and good value. Child's pasta was not very good but the manager agreed to take it off the bill. Our guests had never been but booked a table for next weekend so they must have enjoyed as well.

Excellent, they went out of their way to help especially as me and my Mum are both disabled and couldn't have gone I with out help. Food was really great as well.

The building is lovely, very beautiful. The rooms and decor likewise. The bed was oddly high, but comfortable. The pillow and duvet were a little to thick and hot for my liking, but that's personal preference. Our twin room was strangely only supplied with one towel but when I asked for more the staff were friendly and accommodating and we were furnished with ample towels. The one major flaw of room 8 was the placement of the light switches; they were beside one of the beds only, meaning that one person had control and the other had to ask for lights on or off, as needed, at bedtime, which was a bit awkward. Breakfast was included and had a good selection of buffet and menu options which were all good quality and tasty. The staff were friendly, professional, and responsive without exception. A lovely place to stay, would recommend.

We spent a christmas 2 night break with sister and husband from Bristol. We had the most fantastic time. Rooms big and clean. Food was excellent.. staff were polite, friendly and very helpful could not fault. Thank you.
