Appalling customer service, rang up to book a room and was informed they had availability for a twin room. Website says £48, but quoted me £65? I questioned this and the response was "oh well, if it's too expensive for you we'll have to leave it won't we" then hung up the phone before I could respond!!?! What the hell kind of establishment does that

Lovely guest house ran by lovely people, rooms are very homely, clean and in great condition... The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating, could not fault my time at Broadlawns would definitely recommend :)
