We stayed last night as we were at a family party in the area.nA lovely warm welcome from Susan when we arrived.nA lovely, comfortable and clean room.nA delicious and generous breakfast for a vegan and for a normal.nWill definitely stay again

Lovely b+b, very friendly, quirky building as some parts are 200 years old, great breakfast and owner that is very helpful.nIf you want fish for breakfast let them know the night before, I didn't notice till it was too late, but the full English was lovely

Both my husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the post house, breakfasts good, Susan was helpful and welcoming. Slight problem with low ceilings and doors upstairs. But generally good, rooms only made up if requested.

What a difference you've made to the property in such a short time.nI was made feel much safer, not that I ever felt unsafe, with the beautiful gates you've installed. I didn't even realise it mattered,  you did, you think of everything.nnThe room was very clean and welcoming,  beautiful fluffy towels adorned with a little bar of delicious chocolate. For me,  the room was just a bit too warm, but that's me and it very easily rectified by being able to turn the temperature down or off at the radiator.nAs usual the breakfast had a fantastic choice and the cooked elements were piping hot and fresh. Susan, you make a fabulous scrambled eggs.nnI do love even though this is on the hight street it's so quiet and peaceful, apart from my husband snoring !!nnWould I stay again? I wouldn't think twice about it,  I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

What a great find!nWonderful last minute stopover to break our long journey. Such a lovely welcome. The room was clean and so comfortable. The added extras made it really special. The breakfast was first class. Great variety, high quality, cooked to perfection and served on a hot plate!nWould definitely recommend. We stayed in Room 4.
