Nice friendly pub. Usual lagers and a local brewery 'Hand Cafted' cask ale on tap. Handy when waiting for your next bus.
Enjoyable venue with friendly staff. Reasonably busy on my journey over ale OK. Guinness consistent, a rarity for me to drink. Rather wish there was a little more choice on the handpulls. There are plenty on show but only two on.
Based off a previous review I stopped here for lunch, which they were not serving. I stopped for a beer, the pub was very pleasant with friendly staff.
Good local pub, went in for a quick beer and stayed the whole night. Bar staff and locals are friendly and very inviting. Prices are what you'd expect to pay and beer selection is fine. There's a pool table, jukebox and outside seating/smoking area. Facilities are clean.

OK, we go to this pub on our way to others. Even when it's quiet it takes a while to get served every time we go in. We all get the feeling it's a locals pub, and if your not a regular your not made as welcome
Fantastic to see a local pub thriving. This pub is just what you want. Great staff and great atmosphere. Also has a good selection of real ales.
