Booked to go here for lunch today with my mum my bubble but would not let us in as not from same household even though restrictions got eased on Wednesday.. Went somewhere else to eat who made us feel welcome. How come we can eat somewhere else in Blackburn but not with you! By the way we enjoyed our lunch in the other pub.
Great place, food is always delicious. Could do with them ordering more numbers of the dishes themselves as they often say they have none left of a dish that you ask to order. Especially when it comes to ordering a pudding.
We had a lovely meal with great service the only problem was we could not use the £10 voucher on my phone it just would not work, the people at the next table had the same problem .the staff tried there best but could not help .please fix this as l have used these vouchers before and had no trouble..thank you .
Under new management, didn't stay in a room this time, but ate here. Food was excellent, very tasty, done just how we requested. Wonderful dessert to follow. Will be back when next in the area.
I orderd my steak blue and it was cooked perfect the staff are really friendly one negative was that my dessert was a cherry n chocolate cake with custard n it was cold inside so wasn't the best but overall was good.
