Has the best cheese and onion pie in the whole of Lancashire. Highly recommend it. Excellent service. Very friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend it. Never disappointed. 10 out 10.

Delicious food, covid safety was very good with one system in place. Could have been slightly quicker service but understand there's probably more to do with covid restrictions.

They managed the new Covid procedures effectively without appearing over -fussy. The welcoming snug area of the bar with coal fire helped give a warm welcome and atmosphere. A good choice of beers at the bar and well kept. The food was good and arrived at the same time for all five of us.

An excellent meal had by my wife and myself. The lamb shoulder was as perfect as can be and the crispy beef salad was also delicious. We also loved the idea of a combination small desert with a choice of coffee to finish. Excellent in every way

Service very very good. The food was sort of ok but I've had a lot better for a lot less money. Cheese & onion pie with chips and burger and chips 1 apple juice and a pint of lager £40. To be honest I would not go again but I have to say that the service from the waiters and waitresses where very good.
