Fauconberg Arms Hotel

A lovely old pub with two bars, restaurant and 8 lovely rooms. Food and beer are great and Coxwold is a lovely village well located for touring N Yorkshire and York is c40 mins away in the car. I recommend.

Very nice country pub in the very picturesque village of Coxwold. Good range of beers and all day menu available. Well worth a visit.

Absolutely gorgeous pub etc! The food is fab so make sure you book a table it gets busy. Don't miss out. The hosts are so helpful and friendly and can't do enough for you. The rooms are all unique and the decor is spot on. Treat yourselves! I did. Oh and dogs are welcome in the bars.

It's a nice pub but I wasn't impressed with the food as it wasn't anything to shout about. I'd go again but not to eat a meal. Not that we can at the moment with the lockdown anyway.

What a wonderful find. If Sutton Bank hadn't been closed we would never have driven through Coxwold. Lovely place food was great. Grandchildren loved it. Staff excellent. Definitely will return. Dog welcome in socially distanced bar area and seating outside. All precautions taken in these covid times.

On holiday in the area with friends called here for lunch. Managed to get a table for six without booking. Lovely sandwiches very good value. When I mentioned that our first cup of coffee was on the cool side the lady quickly brought us a fresh pot. Very friendly staff highly recommend.
