Love popping into this FatFace store, they always have a lot of options. Loved a Jumpsuit I tried on, but I think they only stock Long legs which was too long. Think I'll have too order it in a regular leg as I did love the Jumpsuit. Most of my wardrobe is from FatFace at the moment. The staff at this one are always lovely and helpful.
High quality clothes can be found here, I have a few pieces with this brand I saw these very delicate earrings at Fat Face! They are real pressed flowers and I think they are worth the price! Take a look at them aren’t they pretty?
I expected some sort of quality for a £60 jumper. Very weak chinese stitching. I wore it once, found a two finger sized hole on the side, the second time I put it on, the sleeve came apart.. looks nice, but I honestly had better quality from Wish.
Great store! The clothes are nice and causal not too groundbreaking in design I’m quite a boring guy who likes simple clothes! I’ve bought several items from this store in the past and I’m still in love with them now years on! It’s quite pricey but despite some reviews - I think it’s good quality. The staff here are so friendly and are willing to help you with any queries you may have. The store stocks a good variety of men clothes which seems to be rare among high street retailers!

I can’t remember her name but big shout out to the lovely woman, with the red and white polka dot mask, going above and beyond to help, and really made me and my sisters trip memorable. Amazing store, all for an adventurous customer
The shop was clean and well merchandise , but when I enter the store no staff at entrance to welcome you , I spend more then 5 minutes no team member asked me Do i need help ? Any how I left the store without buying any item even though they have very nice collection with good quality and price and location of store is on second floor of Birmingham train station,
Just had the best customer service in your Birmingham Grand Central Branch. Dave, Hillary and Tyrice were very very helpful, friendly and passionate about the brand and helping me find what I was looking for and a few items I hadn’t known I was looking for. Such a welcomed change to have good customer service and with a smile too. Thank you for making it a present experience.
Although slightly pricey, FatFace is a great shop for a slightly different look. Got a lovely blouse reduced to £20 recently - half price. Would recommend, this shop as the staff are always friendly and helpful.
