Love this shop! Popped in yesterday and Marj helped me to choose an amazing outfit for my wife's birthday that I know she will adore. Shopping IRL is so much better than online.
The staff at my local Birmingham White Stuff store are always so friendly and helpful. I once asked about a pair of trousers I vaguely remembered from another store and Marge tracked them down and helped me order them. Best trousers ever.
I love the White stuff, all of their clothes seem to fit me much better than other brands. The staff at this particular White Stuff were incredible. I was shopping for a coat I had wanted for a while. The staff member found me a Medium and a Small just to see which one was better and gave good advice. After he had done this the staff member proceeded to help me get a discount. The staff member informed that there was a discount going on at that time, and when I proved technologically inept the staff member did it for me. Amazingly helpful staff and a wonderful shopping experience.
Smells nice in there and it's really cute inside. Lots to look at and the staff are always very nice despite being so busy! Bit hidden away on Cannon St though
Love this Birmingham Store great selection of first class stylish clothes. Once you worn something from here you will become a fan great quality & fit. Adam managed to trace me a scarf that sadly I had lost he located it at another storetopl about 15 mins as the only info I could give him was showing him a photo with me wearing it. What super service. The slippers are wonderful also & my hubby had a check shirt & when he wears it keeps mentioning the quality & he is not a clothes addict. Keep up the great work Team White Stuff

The staff in your Birmingham store are fabulous. So helpful and cheery. Couldn’t wish for better. The clothes are fab too. Excellent customer service. Love this store.
Purchased a jacket from you at least 5-6 years ago. Maybe even longer. Anyway, it is still in fantastic shape, good going. Great work.
Staff was very condescending. Talks too loud for the entire shop to here as if to make me look bad and still messed up my order. Will not shop there again. Will head to Milton Keynes instead.
First time in this store ,fabulous .the staff Marge and Zinah were so friendly and helpful.
