Needed a new rain cover for my pram. Phoned the helpline and spoke to the friendliest person Kimberley who was able to help me straight away. After then emailing Cosatto to give positive feedback about how helpful Kimberley was I received a parcel with some goodies in as a thank you and a handwritten card! I was touched and it made my day. I absolutely love my pram and this kind gesture just confirmed to me how brilliant this company is!

Had some telephone issues but back up and running now. Amazing company, friendly and knowledgeable staff. VERY helpful! Some of the snazziest pushchairs on the market 🤗

Can't get through on the phone to find where my stuff I ordered is as it hasn't arrived a week and a half later. Not even open on Saturday. Never again will i be buying anything from these people.

Been trying to get through on the phone a million times to ask about a safety issue to do with their car seats. Just an engaged tone again & again. If they're too lazy for customer service & just pull their phone line out, would not trust to buy from them for my childs safety.
