Really good on prices and product availability. But had the misfortune of wanting change for £10 note. The woman at the customer service desk refused saying its only for the trolley. (I know this is not a policy because I work at sainsbury as a customer service assistant)
I didn't bother questioning the unhelpful and delinquent behaviour as I was pretty washed out by the rainand felt the subjective behaviour was down to my appearance otherwise I alway receive a good service from the tills and self scanning staff. Really disappointed at this kind of service on the 2nd April 2018 at approximately 19:30 GMT.
Just wish people could deal in an unbiased and non-predjudice manner.

I use to take my dog 3 times a day to 7 acres fantastic walk for anyone. not just dog walker's .

Asda at farnworth, It would be nice if staff is more customer fouced, i asked for help and had to wait for more than a hour, terrible experience, not all but few staff needs to be more active and helpful.
