Weird place was asked when I'd be arriving and greeted by 3 ladies when I arrived. I was an hour later than I'd planned to me (7pm) which was mentioned. I got the feel that the place was very old fashioned and when my room service was brought to me I was asked if I'd like my room serviced. I was not sure what was meant by this at this time as I was clearly not planning on going anywhere (having just been delivered room service). There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room even though my room cost over a £100. Breakfast wasn't served untill 8pm. The lady who checked me out had zero people skills and made me feel as though I was rushing her because my bill was not ready when I was ready to leave.
