A small (11 pitch) caravan site, all flat hard standing with water, drainage, electric and a great WiFi signal, brand new toilets, showers, and washing facilities including a community room. Great for exploring the Peak District. The owners have put a lot of thought into this new caravan site.

Stayed in a caravan here during wet and snowy weather which made the all hardstanding site ideal. Excellent washing facilities and games room. The only downside is that the site is next to a busy road frequented by lorries early in the morning and noise from nearby industrial unit during the night spoilt our stay.

We had a fabulous family weekend here, 19 adults and 4 Infants, the standard of accommodation and equipment very high. Cant recomend highly enough, lots of space so if you need a quiet moment you can. We arranged with the owner to have all the interconnecting doors opened so we could all move freely between properties. Lovely location with walks on your doorstep and towns like Buxton, Bakewell, and Matlock Bath just a short drive away. We all loved our stay, each cottage is of the same high standard so none felt they had drawn the short straw.

Brand new for 2017 - these are amazing stone cottages (3) sleeping up to 22 in total if booked together. The cottages are very well equipped and beautifully appointed, interlinked if required for maximum flexibility. Two cottages sleep 6 and the other sleeps 10. I can only assume the 1 star rating is mischief so please ignore that totally. Why Google allows such 'ratings' (without explanation) is simply beyond me. Very poor.

Nice modern site, beautiful amenities, lots of dog walk opportunities and no mud on site at all!
